The purchased seat is very nice, but it has already undergone one complaint. (I would say the same as the case of another customer described above) Unfortunately, a few days after the delivery of the repaired seat, the defect manifested itself again - two planted places where he sits. Unfortunately, now, due to our personal reasons, a complaint is not possible, as the repair was waited for about a month. But I have to praise the very friendly transport staff, so the second star.

Higher price level of seats from which you expect quality workmanship and service. We bought a sofa and a bed at the company. Unfortunately, the seat immediately after the delivery time of 2 months showed a defect (raised / unstretched seat), which the lady sold to us told us to use the seat and claim for example in 3 months. After reporting the complaint, we were told that we must take the seat to production at our own expense, otherwise we must agree to an extended complaint period of about 2 months. Fortunately, the complaint was settled fortunately within about 10 days, but the seat was not repaired 100% and the highlight was that we had to sign the handover protocol, where it was written that the seat cushion was caused by use, the complaint is not recognized and repaired goodwill !!!!!!! Sadly, a company that plays Czech quality can work that way.

Beautiful assortment, but we had bad luck on the staff. Delivery terms and agreement around disastrous implementation. It cost me a lot of nerves to communicate the whole thing. Customer care zero.
