Car sat there for two months while they did nothing. Buy a BMW instead.

My car (2008 C-Class) broke down in our holidays a few years ago, i twisted my leg the same day and I delivered the car to this MB dealership with the help of a very friendly towing service and man, I did not experience such an unfriendly behavior before in Germany ever! This dealership made me not willing to buy a Mercedes anymore. The people working there were not interested in fixing problems, plus telling me it will take a week. Yes, it was the immobilizer, and yes, this part has to be ordered from Germany, I can understand that it's not done in a day or two. Thats Ok, but the way they talked to me was not what I was expecting from Mercedes Benz, since I was a big fan of the brand before and I'm technically skilled. Man, this opened my eyes. I had to tow the car 650km to Germany, thanks to the towing service Taxi Mikulov recommended us, fixing the car in Germany was easy and cheaper.

They took my car that has clutch problem for two weeks, told me that it's really the clutch problem. But they cannot fix this because they don't have proper equipment. Being official Mercedes Benz dealer and lacking tolls! How that is possible? Cost me 10700 kc. For useless work.

I have a bit of mixed feelings about approach and communication. I was here for the first time to hand over the car for service, I was a little surprised by the very low level of communication. If I don't ask anything, I'll just hand over the keys and I can leave in silence. Be that as it may, some customers prefer it. But, as a new customer, I would expect some activity, such as "Do you need anything else? Is everything clear to you?" etc. On the contrary, when handing over the car, there was staff who were newly trained and here I would like to praise the great communication and willingness.

I was already beginning to believe that arrogant behavior towards clients is simply standard for this brand, but thanks to Mr. Neufinger and Mr. Pých of Hošek, I stayed with the brand. Mr. Neufinger showed me the car on the agreed date, explained the essential functions and innovations compared to the previous model, which is unfortunately not common or normal at all. I was able to drive the car, check it and consider buying it in peace. Subsequently, Mr. Pýcha took care of me, he met me above standard, moreover, what was agreed was true, no one pushed me, I picked up the car clean, ready, just great satisfaction. After a week there was a minor inconvenience with the car, however, Mr. Pýcha dealt with me outside working hours, the next day everything was actively addressed, the third day I had the car again through another branch fully available, and only thanks to the intervention of Mr. Pýcha. I would like to thank him very much, and I thank Mr Neufinger for his time. When I buy another piece, Hoška again, even though I have it out of hand :-)
