not professional , one old man that the stuff said that he lived in America, but not speaking well english!!! I offered to him my car and after loosing 1h of my time he said I can give you 100.000czk (I sell my car for 250.000czk) without even test it.

I had car trouble on my trip and they were very helpful! I was 1500 km from home with my family, despite busy schedule they helped us out so we could continue our trip. 5+ service.

I bought my Leon in this dealer , about three weeks ago. As usual, in CR , it is very difficult -hit and miss- to find someone willing to speak english, however, when we visited Louda we were introduced to Mr Vrecnik. He assisted us with checking, pricing and financing our new car. He made huge efforts to close the sell, explaining everything several times, even when it wasnt clear to me (not a car purchase expert). Car was promised in two weeks after payment, and it was delivered in due time (even though it was there in stock already, but it got us in between velikonoce (eastern) and labor day. When we got our car, Mr Vrecnik spent a whole hour guiding me on the cars initial setup (he forced me to adjust my seat and mirrors lol.. felt like back to driving school).. and guided me through every basic car preparation step. He even took us to the nearest petrol station, and the day after we got the car, he sent us an email asking how it was.

We ve repair our auto vw touran there and we rent a car. We were very disappointed by the service. It was not a good experience.
