The car has problems after the service. E-mails will not be answered meaningfully. I always refill Renault windshield wiper fluid, it was filled with water but a hefty price was charged. You can see the difference exactly. I asked for an answer several times from October 21, 2020, which I was basically denied. Due to a lot of patience on my part, there was an answer at some point from mid-November. So far, many questions remain unanswered. At first it was said that the car was not defective, only an oil change had been made. why should something be defective. When asked what was done or what the error was, there was no answer for weeks. there was also no answer why water was refilled instead of ready-mixed in the windshield wiper with just one oil change? why was the control unit reprogrammed with just one oil change? this workshop is not recommended, questions are only postponed with counter-questions and no. The car causes big problems after 17,000 km, a visit to the workshop is urgently necessary again, as the answers so far have not been trustworthy. bors is definitely not to be recommended, because everything is denied, answers are delayed, then it is claimed that only oil changes are made, then they are asked that you should stop by at your own expense, but I only asked what was actually done and what kind of error this was then again no answer what kind of error this is, maintenance has now been made, why is the car going crazy? A repair was requested by me, but this was refused with a standard e-mail apart from an expensive renewed visit to the workshop at the customer's expense after the maintenance there, with reprogramming the control unit and checking the drive unit, nothing remains i obeyed the law and tried for weeks to settle this first with birs via e-mail
