Terror!!! I needed to pick up my finished passport, a matter of two minutes. But only after ordering by phone! No one answers the call to the given telephone number. After half an hour, the lady finally picked it up and gave me a completely nonsensical date when I would have to take another vacation! They wouldn't let me in at all, even though it was normally office hours! Inconceivable!

At the business in BV - a bunch of nice women who like to advise, they will take care of it quickly and all this despite the veil with a smile :) Besides the megers on the traffic, these ladies are a complete blessing!

A long wait even though no one was there.
