I have always met the willingness of the municipal office staff, including the mayor.

The whole village looks absolutely desperate. If not everyone had those plastic windows, one would think that it was like in the fifties. The beautiful church is littered with ugly and damaged signs of non-destruction, the houses around are desperate, the sidewalks as in Ukraine. We drove through the region and this is one of the most desperate villages.

It is not a bad municipal office, they are quite capable.
