KiK Blansko

Hello, I do not recommend the Kik store in Blansko. Today I accidentally grabbed a purse on a glass vase and broke as a result. I apologize for the incident, but none of the staff spoke. During the payment, I was added to my invoice without any comments. The vase stood on the ground, which is already shameful and creates a threat (it was not difficult to trip it). I have worked in stores of this type and in this situation it was never allowed to request a return, let alone add to my account without notifying the customer. The staff acted unprofessionally and my leg will no longer stand there. And I liked this store.
