For me, I would give ten stars if possible. We have been coming here with my wife for several years with a certain regularity and we always leave satisfied with the services, price, approach, etc ... Regular customers know, new ones let them see, heyers let them go somewhere ...

If I could give any. Incredibly unprofessional services that I do NOT recommend to anyone. Saleswoman poisoned, insolent and without absolute self-reflection. We bought here a ring that did not suit the size. 30.12 we brought with a request for enlargement. There were two shop assistants, neither gave us a sample book with sizes but just pulled out a ring. They wrote down the size and said that when they were finished they would hear up to 14 days. After several phone calls the ring was ready to 17.1. but size didn't fit again. We returned again and even after the second complaint ring does not fit, moreover the saleswoman was impudent and raised our voice. AVOID THIS BUSINESS BY ARC !!!!!!

Great friendly meeting, lady very nice and talkative, helpful and willing to help with anything. A large assortment for such a small shop, and I've been through three goldsmiths before and they didn't have such a large assortment anywhere. I was looking for the first earrings for my daughter for a long time (my husband and I had a clear idea), and here I found the right ones and for an incredibly beautiful price;) Another indisputable plus is the possibility of shooting earrings by experts (former nurses; goldsmiths shoot earrings anywhere :) You can have an original piece made here.

We had a watch for repair, which was returned to us, saying that the waterproof watch is not repaired. That wouldn't bother at all, but the watch came back visibly scratched! So I don't understand why they tried to open it and damaged it when it was written right next door. Unfortunately we noticed it at home. Definitely not recommended!
