The ladies at the entrance, who could give us information, preferred to match the message board - as a meritorious activity when no one sees the message board anyway. They have 3 branches in the department where things are handled for cars. So far, I've only seen one open. Queue of 14 people, one request processing 45 minutes at least. I thought it was a quality office where they would help, but the opposite is true. Staff uncomfortable.
