One of the worst experiences with service in general, not just bike service. Mr. owner had a clear vision to pull as much money and slander everyone around. I had a guarantee check here on my new HEAD bike, even though it was bought elsewhere, but as the only HEAD distributor in Olomouc, SunnyBIKE agreed to carry out a guarantee check at the price of 300 CZK (I did not see a problem in that). During the inspection, he said that the rear derailleur bracket was completely bent (by that time, the rear derailleur worked perfectly without any problems, but I was not so familiar with the wheels, so I only nodded) and that it was necessary to straighten it. During the straightening he stopped and told me that it would no longer straighten so that the bracket did not crack and let me claim it at the original supplier (because I did not buy a bike from him). At home I only found that after his "partial comparison" the derailleur is in the wrong position and no longer works correctly (some gears skip and the chain constantly rubs on some gears). Finally, when he asked for the price he said, "So give me 500" (I bought a chain spray for 99kč). When I asked for the bill, the remaining CZK 101 was charged for the straightening and inflation of the rear wheel. I am not riding my bike at the moment because I am afraid of damaging the rear gears and will take the bike somewhere else for service and inspection.
