After reading the older reviews, we were a little worried about making a mistake. In the end, it wasn't that bad. Negotiations with the owner were fine (but we did not solve with him the problem of non-draining toilets as neighbors), we did not see a bottle of welcome wine, fortunately we did not come here because of it. Our room was spacious enough for 2 people and reasonably clean, bathroom large. The distance to the center is rather 10 minutes walk, but back it is more difficult, because it is quite a steep hill. However, there are also some shortcomings. Let's start with parking, yes it is possible to park in the yard, but if the pension is full and everyone arrived by car, the parking capacity is insufficient. The refrigerator in our apartment kept roaring without cooling after 3 hours (probably lack of refrigerant) and so we turned it off permanently, the microwave could not heat the food even after repeated attempts (either it was not working or we could not figure out how to use it without instructions) use :-)) - we did not solve both problems with the owner. In summary: the stay here was not as scary as some reviews claimed and the price for accommodation due to the length of stay (25-28.9.) Reasonable, but we would choose accommodation elsewhere next time.

Great location for those who come by train, the center is a short walk from a steep hill. The way back, however, is worse. A huge plus of this place is the terrace with pool. But that's the end of the positives. If I had to list everything that needed to be fixed here, it wouldn't even fit here. In the instructions it was written that we have to clean the room after ourselves, but our room probably not cleaned for a long time, on the furniture and decorative layer of dust, the kitchenette terribly dirty.
