Costa Coffee České Budějovice

This is a place we go to regularly and normally it's quite good. But the last two times they didnt have one thing I wanted because there was no ice. All the cold drinks on the menu board were unavailable because there was no ice and on a hot day too. To make things worse the guy was completely unapolagetic about it. He didn't care at all. He could have said 'i am really really sorry but there is no ice today, can I offer you a discounted drink next time'. When I asked why there was no ice very politely, he just shrugged his shoulders. So finally when I decided on fresh mint or ginger tea he told. me that wasn't available either. I mean I can understand if there is no ice. Sometimes supply lines break down. But no fresh mint! Or ginger! Really there is a supermarket with both In the shopping centre. This is simply lazy management. At the end I ordered apple tea ( tea bag). They made my husband's coffee but forgot my tea. I wasn't upset or angry just shocked. Get your act together Costa or else you will lose customers.

though it can get a bit crowded at times, that's just a testament to how good this place is! a great offering of fun drinks as well as amazing desserts! I hope to see an expansion someday where savoury options are added, but this is the perfect place to hang out with friends or just pick up a coffee to go.

This is a great little coffee shop. It is very clean and has a relaxed atmosphere. They have signing in Czech and English for tourists in the area who don't speak or read Czech.

The taste of the coffee was Ok but not really good and the staff of the day was weird. I'll choose another cafe next time.
