Terrible communication, arrogance, inadequate price

In my opinion, one of the best car repair shops in České Budějovice. I can talk to the technician or directly to the service chief, even by phone. They do the repair without undue delay, ask for the desired price level of purchased parts, explain what they replaced and why, don't push me into more extensive than necessary repairs, show replacement parts, do not include my nose over my old car and what I read from the Internet. They'll fool me for unchanged oil. So far I have not been forced to claim anything when it comes, I hope that I will not have to change my mind as it has happened a few times.

Excellent service and communication and everything for fair prices :-)
