I ordered service to adjust the geometry of my car. The lady was nice on the phone, she ordered me the same day, with the proviso that I would have to leave the car there, and when they had time, they would do the geometry for me. The first thing that surprised me unpleasantly was when the delivery report stated the estimated price of the repair of 10,000. To my disagreement, the lady replied that she had to write a price there. I say to myself, well, maybe it will be okay. About an hour after the car was delivered, the technician called me to say that the geometry could not be adjusted due to play on the chassis. According to his statement, the silent blocks were torn, the play in the pins and connecting rods of the steering wheel (actually the front axle set was bad). I drive a vehicle every day, and if everything he said was really wrong, I'd certainly notice. That's why I told the technician that I would come for the car and fix it. I didn't want to thank the technician because he answered me, "and you don't want to fix it from us?", I don't want to thank you. I paid them 500 for this activity. I went straight to the MOT from the service, where I had the front axle checked. no clearance was found (for which I obviously have a document.) Four days later I went to another service, where the geometry was adjusted without any problem. Strange that, even today, such things still happen. THEREFORE, I OFFER ALL TO INCREASED Vigilance WHEN VISITING THIS SERVICE, AS IT MAY BE EASY TO EXPENSE TO REPAIR DEFECTS THAT DO NOT EXIST.

This was the only service that came into my position and everything was fixed in an hour. And the price was a pleasant surprise. Thanks a lot to them! In our time, such services are rarely found. Our car broke down, but thanks to the EU car service we were able to continue the planned journey after 1.5 hours. The gentlemen were very nice, the place itself clean, modern, they recommended the restaurant for a great lunch.
