After all, the quality is failing and when you go there to advertise, the shop staff tries to blame you when the garment is barely used and also lower the amount of the refund of the complaint. Contacted customer service but they resolved absolutely nothing, gave me a discount check of 50 SEK, which only benefits them, since I consume more with them. But what I really wanted help with was the complaint I was entitled to - they didn't solve it, so where is the incentive for me as a customer to continue shopping with them after that? No, redo do the right Lindex! You have a lot to work on when it comes to customer service and marketing (ignorant to underestimating WoM and the value of simple solutions to having satisfied customers); we are talking about SEK 56 which Lindex could not repay when their quality of garment was under all criticism. Fy! Lindex has a lot to learn from its competitors. In fact, will never trade from there again.

Sale pieces are cheaper in the online store. Unfortunately, I will stay shopping on the net.

I do not evaluate things, but employees. I haven't met such annoying and annoyed girls when shopping with my girlfriend. Even though we chose, it was only because of their approach that we decided to leave. Never more.
