I ordered a combined refrigerator, with delivery to the branch. Delivery 1-4 days. After a week, I call the branch if they already have it there. They say they know nothing and nothing came to them ... Week 3, after a tedious e-mail communication, I call their headquarters in Prague, where they calmly tell me that they have already slapped my already paid refrigerator on the way to their own branch for the first week, and that they logically had to know at the branch in B&W when they gave it back to them, so they lied to me on the phone, and that they didn't give me a fridge, they actually totally refused them, because they had already raking in the money ... I wanted to return the money immediately, which in this case they will do the same day. I was practically waiting for the refund next week. So a month without money and without a refrigerator. If you need something right away, buy from a competitor. The worst experience with an electrical retailer. I have already distributed references in my area.

I can't evaluate positively when the next day after buying the goods they refused to exchange it for another and better one. Just because I used it (as I would probably know that it is not good quality). Nowhere in another electr would they do this nowadays.

You know, you come to the store and they don't give you time to look around the store and vibrate what I like and what they mainly need, I don't like it very much, because I'm a customer, and I have to vibrate what I need, yes advise yes but no coercion.
