I called this store saying that I would need to replace the battery on the iPhone SE (old backup phone). To be sure, I made sure that I would not go to B&W for an hour. The service technician told me that they were performing this operation while waiting for one hour. When I arrived, I caught a service technician coming from KFC in civilian clothes, so we agreed that the master would take over the mobile phone without documentation and we would solve everything when the exchange was complete. After a while, however, a technician called me on another phone and told me that the replacement might not be possible because the previous battery replacement had been performed unprofessionally (by an unauthorized service center) and that the battery connector was damaged (the phone worked normally as before. The Lord advised me not to invest in this phone anymore and offered me the purchase of a new mobile phone, such as the iPhone 12 mini, which is also small and compact. Then I left the store and when I got home, I found that the Touch ID did not work (the home button worked normally), which worked fine before the visit. I tried all possible tutorials on the internet and read a few reviews and then I took my tools from high school and opened the phone. I was amazed to find that the master disconnected the connector to the Touch ID and the allegedly torn connector to the battery was nowhere to be seen. I already understand why the master constantly advised me to buy a new phone .... So if this is how an authorized service works, then it's probably better to do it at home yourself;) Updated: Thank you for your very helpful and factual comment. Again, I came up with a fully functional device, ie a functional TouchID, and after I picked up the device, the TouchID was non-functional (I only found out at home). A colleague pointed out a broken piece of plastic at the battery connector, not a missing part at TouchID ...

Excellent really excellent communication and approach of Mr. Tomáš Sajfert. I have not experienced such a professional approach to the customer for a long time. I wish there were more such people. Thanks!
