Food and drinks were okay. Unfriendly service. Accommodation and equipment very simple. Room rates are not really clear and all persons of all ages have to pay the same rate, even small kids and babies. Impudence!!!! This is pure rip-off!

YOU DON'T GO THERE !! I booked accommodation in advance in the pension U Pstrosa in Bechyně. Specifically, I booked a room on the ground floor with the hostess because my mother has multiple sclerosis and walks very badly on crutches. A few days later, I received a call from Mrs. Lichtblau that he had to move us from the ground floor to the first floor, that otherwise it was not possible. Since my mother was already looking forward to everything and everything was planned, we decided to go despite the obstacle of the room on the first floor. On the day of arrival we received from the hostess 1 unanswered call and the message that unfortunately can not accommodate us at the time (from 15.h claimed that the rooms will be ready), that she had to leave and return at 18h !! The stay, which was supposed to be relaxing, was further complicated by this. The hostess was completely unprofessional and towards the disabled guests like my mother behaved unpleasantly, with arrogance and without a single apology for the long wait. My mother and I were looking forward to pleasant days in Bechyně and instead we solved only the inconveniences associated with accommodation and the hostess.
