Pleasant negotiations, they take a really long time for the customer, they understand the cars, what they need so they will advise, he explains. They do not hide any defects, their cars have been tested. Fair play. I can only recommend.

I bought a VW Passat car in D1cars and I can only recommend the bazaar. During the first inspection, they came out to meet everything and showed everything. When I went to buy a car, they gave me a lot of time and once again they went through everything with me, they explained (about 2 hours). Great approach, I can only recommend.

I was always afraid to buy a car in a used car dealership. I must say that the attitude of the people from D1 Cars completely dispelled my fears. Fair and direct action, maximum willingness and helpfulness. Nothing is hidden, not expected ... All documentation (including internal, company) accessible to the customer. No sign of any manipulation or coercion. They spent the whole morning with me, we drove two cars. In the end, I drove one car today. Although they did not promise anything, they were able to register the foreign car and complete all formalities within a few days. I buy a second-hand car, so I understand that there may be some defects, it can just happen with second-hand cars. Anyway, if I choose the second-hand car again, I'll go straight to D1 Cars. I completely sign their motto: You will go the furthest with honesty and I wish this company long-term success.

We are still testing the vehicle and tuning the paperwork around, but we took a completely glassy feeling of care, professionalism and interest in the customer from D1 Cars. Everything we agreed by phone was valid on the spot, the whole process was smooth and well organized, while the approach of the entire D1 Cars team remained very pleasant and humane.
