So far maximum satisfaction. The ordering was very helpful, the lady is very kind and glad to always answer or find out more information. Lord of the guarantee department, maximum willingness to solve the problem, the car drove with me. Explain everything and always answered without a hint that I was annoying, to my (stupid) questions. I highly recommend. Service and people in it are really great. Keep it up. I used to call Brno, but after the first unwilling and unpleasant "arrogant" phone call, I finally got to Velmez. Here I have not experienced any inconvenience on their part. Thank you very much. It makes my life and caring easier.

The starter stopped working on Fabia II during the trip. Car imported tow. service about an hour before closing and the day before the public holiday !!! By the hour, the car was repaired, (rotten cable to the starter), price 800CZK.
