Since the fall and the complicated fracture, several operations, and living in bed since 98, I have been able to return in 2016 thanks to "Bubina". When I no longer believed in anything, the then esteemed friend S. Huml, Mr. Berkovec and Mr. D. Kasal came. I'm floating in the landscape again, I can get to the swimming pool and swim! It's almost like when I was 15! Now, after two years, we have driven, as they say, around the chimney, 4300 km without the slightest defect and when I need something, but I rather want to "talk" on the phone, Ivo and Vierka always make time for me and I am grateful to them for that humanity. and I accepted them into the family! I am 66 and I hope that we will live with "Bubina" for many more years!

My initial enthusiasm completely waned after a year of use. We told him what it was about and did not forget to mention the opinion of the repairman from the bicycle service. Mr. Kaštan greeted us with the phrase "You are the first to have this problem" and we were explained that the wheels are supplied by a specialized company that knows what it is doing and that the rims are intentionally so soft that they do not crack under heavier loads and that the gentleman at the bicycle service does not understand this. From that moment on, I didn't dare drive the truck off the asphalt. A short time later, we took this truck on holiday to Italy, after the first two days of operation in the summer, the tire on one of the rear wheels broke and we had to replace the tire. It is definitely worth noting that the mantle dimensions are very difficult to obtain. As soon as we solved this problem, another problem occurred. A little over 1000 km was driven on the tachometer when the bearings in the rear wheels went off. We had the bearings replaced, at the same time it was found that the axles on which the wheels hold are curved. Before we got back to Bohemia, there were also new deposits in the grove. We returned all the problems to Mr Kaštan when he returned. Once again, we were the first to see this, and we heard speculation about what we were doing with it, that the tire burst and the bearings on the wheels withstood almost nothing, and that it was definitely the way we treated it. I wondered how it is possible that I drive on asphalt and he who jumps over the roots has no problem with it. Due to the repeated centering of the wheels, we bought wheels with a thicker rim from Mr. Kupka from the company Kury, which is involved in the production. I did not drive even 200 km and the bearings at the rear wheels were written off again. So we took a service cart to Mr. Kaštan, who greeted us again with the sentence that we are to blame, because we did not let our bikes be swapped by him, but in the bicycle service. In a bicycle service, no one understands how they should. So why does the manual say that a regular bicycle service can do it. This time, my father, who was with Mr. Kaštan, did not keep up with me and quite rightly told Mr. Kaštan that his product is an ausus, and that it is quite strange that only he can mount the wheels correctly. The culmination of a heated debate was that Mr Kaštan declared that we should throw away the ausus, that it was not, after all, that we paid for it, but for the foundation. When the situation calmed down, Mr. Kaštan took the cart to the workshop and repaired it. A few hours later, he called me to say that he would repair the truck, but that it would also reduce its performance in order to avoid further problems (with us). Of course, I could not agree with that, so my family and I agreed to pick up the cart the next day and tell Mr. Kaštan that we no longer want a repair from him. Little did any of us know that we would have to use the police to get the wheelchair at all.
