I went to this shop to complain about a year old laptop, where I bought it, which I could not restore after restarting using most of the proposed methods from the manufacturer, while the notebook wrote to me that no hard drive connected. I said everything at the store - what happened to me, what the notebook wrote to me, etc. Instead of being able to communicate with one person in peace, I had to talk to a few who were not afraid to imply that I couldn't even use a notebook. The master who took my device told me that I would lose all the data on my claim, but he didn't tell me he'd put my laptop into the factory settings and I would lose my data. I had to get to the notebook the next day, because they couldn't give it out to me because of installations. When I asked the situation that the laptop would do it again as they deal with the situation, how they would deal with the situation again, I was told that it was only software, it was nothing to do with the laptop manufacturer, and various updates could do it. He did not respond to the comment on the hard disk report and just said, "I'm glad we didn't have to send it anywhere." At home, I diagnosed my computer with a program from the manufacturer who told me that I had something to do with the hard disk drive, and I had to find a service where it might be necessary to replace it. I absolutely do not understand, and not only me but also the people from the computer service, why they did not back up my data at the store and why they only solved the situation with the factory settings, which I could do at home alone and did not have to go to them. After this experience, I never trust them anything and I prefer to turn to their competitors. I only give one star for being a member of Euronics and you can pick up goods from the e-shop.

For me, complete satisfaction, although I do not buy here often, nor big shopping, but the experience so far was only positive. A good selection of appliances, with favorable prices. Possibility to order goods, import goods. Product quality today, when everything is done only for a period of time, I have to say that for example the purchased TV works smoothly for 9 years, which is not so common, digital radio alarm works for 4 years without any problems, now we have bought gas stove, and I expect good quality again for many years. I must only recommend the trade for myself, and with my own experience, one of the few shops, although smaller electro shops, but still and kindly a kind approach to the customer. I like one more thing in the store, my own collection of historical electronics, located in the shop window :) They have really nice pieces in the collection, and since I am a collector myself, I can envy some objects: D
