I was here for the first time based on reviews. Transmission oil change + new front brakes for ML. Pre-agreed price cap, a time estimate that sat. They kept communicating with me, informing me what would happen. Everything is clearly written on the invoice - actions, everything in standard hours. I changed the brakes from Brembo to the originals after 6 months, because they overheated and I was afraid to brake (probably the wrong mixture). I have experience from MB in Budějovice, then from the local service. I have never had such a satisfaction and the feeling that no one wants to plow me - because I have a Mercedes - and that I paid an adequate amount for service and parts. Thank you very much and even though I have a 1.5 hour drive, I always like to drive.

I was here for an annual service inspection and oil change in the automatic transmission. I was satisfied and I can recommend. Access, speed, willingness, decent prices.

I was here with the Mercedes A180 last week and I have to say that I really wasn't expecting this. I would rather expect an "Hello", "Ten Thousand" approach from an authorized Mercedes. This service is different. Clean environment, you can even sit here and watch the service. An incredibly professional approach, and although the price per hour initially looks like a higher rate, the speed of service is such that in the end it costs less than in a country workshop for 200 per hour (where they would do it a day longer). Overall - I have absolutely nothing to complain about and I already know that there is no point in looking for another service. ;-)
