Horror of terror! I complained about a monitor with a faulty panel. The complaint was settled after 28 days, but after unpacking the box, I was horrified. The monitor was not even wrapped in the original protective foil, the replaced panel barely held there, the glue leaking from below and the back frame did not click! I dealt with this immediately with the headquarters, so I was told to take the monitor to my nearest branch. There they took it from me and sent it to the headquarters, saying that they would contact me at the headquarters with a solution. THEY WERE NOT INVITED! My complaint was a pointless complaint again solved with a 30-day period ... It took 26 days to repair the damage and deficiencies from complaint number one. On this day I have been without a monitor for 65 days. NO PROACTIVE NEGOTIATIONS BY CZC. NIC, in obtaining information about the solution. Nobody knows anything. I definitely do not recommend the store. Customer approach at the freezing point. So far no apology or other individual approach.
