When will they finally start respecting the rule "OUR CUSTOMER, OUR LORD"? Due to a few crowns, clients are losing and arrogant attitudes and negotiations are not exactly a business card. For me personally, I will never return to this insurance company, even if they have cheaper insurance than the competition. To give you an idea, I paid them $ 35,000 a year for all my insurance. I definitely do not recommend the branch in Jihlava and I would not give a single star.
