Regional Authority - what do you expect. Offices and officials. Yes it's right. I used the Czechpoint service and I was very satisfied. The clerk admitted that I did not do what I needed, but managed it without much hesitation (I suppose the computer system led her through the steps). So I have no queue and everything has been done for free.

So here imagines the imaginary bear for the whole Vysočina Region. But as a resident, I don't think they're doing it that badly. Of course the exception confirms the rule
