If you're looking for an authentic shop selling real, handmade Czech ceramics, get yourself to Hrdějovická Keramika. A few minutes outside of České Budějovice, follow the signs to a small parking lot. Walk through the front doors and you'll see the studio with all their work in progress. To the right is their small shop with shelves stacked with finished work - lots of dishware, decor items, and other unique products. Truly one of a kind gifts to bring back from a trip to the Czech Republic. Make sure to bring cash though since they don't take credit cards.

Amazing Czech ceramics with fine decor. Interesting shapes of dishes, sets, dishes for catering, baking and decorative household accessories, which are based on historical dishes of our grandmothers. Pleasant, helpful staff and management. What more could you want !!!!! I highly recommend it to lovers of nice ceramics decor and to all cottagers.
