The worst place ever! In the hotel not a receptionist found with English speaking ability, not even in the hotel's tourist office! What a shame that Windsor hotel is supposed to be one of the opened old bathes of Karlovy Vary, but nobody can be of our assistance there!

Pleasant stay in the center next to the Garden Colonnade and a beautiful park. Large offer of spa treatments, great spacious room with a modern and pleasant bathroom and the most beautiful views. The food was nice, the full board exceeded our expectations, a large selection and even portions. And the biggest award clearly deserves nice people who made our stay as pleasant as possible. We definitely recommend and look forward to seeing you soon.
