Good campsite with good facilities

A wonderfully peacefully located campsite on a beautiful lake. We have been here in the late season (Sept 2020) and then there are not that many camping guests anymore. We had the space (wonderful) and could fully enjoy the peace, space and beautiful surroundings. The campsite is run by two greats (Hella and Anja) and they really add something to the experience of a wonderful holiday. The passion and enthusiasm radiates in both and with the knowledge about what can be experienced in the immediate area, you will not have time to visit all the sights. That is not bad at all, because we would like to come back here to see the rest. We really enjoyed Cheb (castle and Cheb itself), spa town of Karlovy Vary, the medieval town of Loket, smaller spa town Frantiskovy-Lazne, the beautiful basilica of Waldsassen and the great walk through the Felsenlabyrinth in Luisenburg. You can also enjoy good food in the Czech Republic! Hella and Anja know many tasty eateries and are always happy to provide you with a good tip. In any case, it is useful to report to Ella and Anja what your trip is today before you set off. Otherwise, it could just be that you accidentally skipped or missed something very beautiful. The Dutch hosts Anja and Hella really like to go the extra mile for their guests ... whether fresh bread in the morning, a cool blonde at the pool or these wonderful Dutch snacks (Frikandel) in the evening ... we were spoiled. Our children could run around safely and freely the whole day between the pool and the lake. We rented the apartment, it was clean and comfortable. My family had a motorhome standing room with a wonderful view of the lake .. simply an uncomplicated dream vacation ... Thanks to the hosts!

Very pleasant campsite. We stayed here for 2 nights with our hammocks. And were very kindly received by the owners, they even cleared our spot of mushrooms to offer us a nicer place. The showers and toilets are clean and well maintained. All in all, the best campsite in our trip through the Czech Republic, so recommended!
