Accommodation completely above expectations. Apartment spacious, clean, luxuriously equipped. The owner was amazingly nice, she was easy and fast to communicate with. A big advantage is the private parking in the yard. We were very pleasantly surprised by the free children's package, ie a ready cot with bedding, a bathtub with a lounger, a changing mat and a dining chair. We will definitely be back someday!

We visited this place with a little baby. We were looking for accommodation with a kitchenette to prepare food for the child and we had no idea what other benefits the baby has for the accommodation. In the room we had a cot, a bath, a changing mat and a baby blanket without asking for it. The owner even adjusted the room so that we could have a cot right next to the bed. The rooms are beautifully decorated and there is everything including kitchenette equipment. The cleanliness of the room is one. Parking directly in the yard and behind the house right Lidl. The lady owner is very nice and helpful. Location of accommodation near the center. I have nothing to complain about. I recommend to all ten. Too bad only 5 stars can be awarded.

We visited the pension for the second time and we were again maximally satisfied. Nicely furnished and clean rooms, sufficient kitchen equipment for easy cooking, professional and warm approach of the owner. If we go to Františkovy Lázně again, we will definitely choose this guest house. I highly recommend it to anyone who is still hesitant.
