Functionally and relatively decently furnished apartment. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, a standard set of dishes as well as most furniture is mostly from IKEA. There is also a coffee machine, hidden in the closet, coffee is for a fee. The beds have hard mattresses, it is a bit obvious on them that they are lying down, however, due to the hardness they are still comfortable. The bathroom is shared with the toilet. Equipped with shower, sink. The garden has a salty heated pool, which is especially satisfying for children on hot afternoons. There is also a nicely cut lawn and a swing with a climbing frame to use. The apartment is about 10 minutes from the colonnade. LIDL is also nearby. Next to the apartment is a car workshop, in the morning you can hear a little. Parking is in the garden behind the gate. A deposit of CZK 2,500 is paid for the keys and controls from the gate. The owner certainly has a strong idea of ​​how to rent an apartment. She was not very welcoming or at least communicated friendly to us as guests. Overall rating of the accommodation 3 + *, garden 4 *, meeting 2 *, average 3, children enjoyed +1.

Accommodation exceeded our expectations. We did not miss anything in the equipment of the apartment, there are new televisions and radio in the apartment. Everything clean and functional. The kitchen equipment was also above expectations. There was a high chair, high chair and cot. The indoor and heated pool was absolutely great, despite the bad weather, we used it every day. The children also enjoyed the garden equipped with a house with a slide, swings and a climbing frame. Accommodation was ideal for us, located in a quiet part of Frantiskovy Lazne, but at the same time it is about 10 minutes walk to the center. Shop (Lidl) and pharmacy literally around the corner. The owners were friendly and helpful.

Great accommodation with a large garden and an indoor heated pool. Parking inside the garden, for bicycle storage there is a garage. Rooms are spacious, kitchen is fully equipped. The children have slides, swings, a large wooden house ... so they still have something to do. And most importantly, there is a covered swimming pool, which is heated by a heat pump, so you can swim even when it is raining and it is cold. The owners are helpful and very nice.
