Absolute satisfaction. Cozy rooms, good food and helpful staff. The only complaint is that no one will help you in the bath or out of the bath. The baths are still too big, so a person of smaller stature will not rest in it. Otherwise, with everything satisfied 👍

The hotel is very nice, clean everywhere, the rooms are well equipped, the procedures were very pleasant, the pool clean and cozy, the staff very nice and helpful, the food very good. I recommend it to everyone.

Excellent location in the center of a beautiful city without traffic disruption. Hotel modern and tastefully equipped, the staff nice and helpful. We are very satisfied.

The big advantage is the maximum immediate proximity to the bus station and the overall accessibility of the center, including spa facilities. Better average compared to other offers. Complicated barrier-free spaces are problematic.

Františkovy Lázně is a pleasant location. Pleasant accommodation in this hotel. Pleasant eating. Unfortunately at the reception very unpleasant staff. Arrogance, reluctance to solve a problem, providing false information. I personally do not recommend.
