Hotel Villa ANZIO is RICHARD.

The swimming pool was closed due covid restrictions so we got 20 minutes of hydromassage bath instead.. not a fair exchange! Food and service was nothing special. No English speaking personnel. Rooms are fine. Nice receptionist lady.

Historic wellness hotel close to Forrest, friendly service, good food, drink prices a bit steep

We were there just for 2 nights and 3 days, kind of a long weekend. In general everything was fine. Staff is very nice and friendly, but mostly speaks only German, no English... Cleanliness of the rooms could be better, I guess the maids never checks the curtains in the rooms coz they do their job in the first part of the day. Our curtains were horrible, it's not so much visible from the photos but in reality it was much worse. Breakfast was okeysh.... not bad but cannot say good as well... very small variety. Dinner was better. You cannot sit where you want in the restaurant during breakfast. Even when magority already had breakfast, you sit where they will let you, even if there is empty tables you would sit with some family/strange people... For dinner you have also a specific table with other people. Check out is at 11:00 am.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a very nice and helpful lady at the reception, who gave us information about the hotel, tourist places and local restaurants and patisseries. The room is nice but not air conditioned. You will receive towels, a bathrobe, soap, a small box with toiletries. The room has a TV and telephone. Wifi is free, open space password protected. The daily cleaning of the rooms was flawless. Some notified services were not available without prior notice. They deleted some of the meals we had in the package and some treatments, all without notice. After our notification, the dear head nurse replaced all the procedures according to our wishes. The café was not open once during the entire stay. The restaurant was only open for breakfast, dinner and lunch. Breakfast was buffet style and the quality was good, but the staff did not manage to add meals. The quality of lunches and dinners was a weaker average. Dinner was at half past five, which will come too soon. For the first two days, it was not possible to order additional spa treatments because the staff was not present. After that, there was a problem with the deadlines due to occupancy and some procedures were not possible at all, because the hotel does not have staff to carry them out at all, even though they are on offer.

Staff friendly, willing to accommodate, food great, nurses all nice, cleanliness everywhere exemplary. I have nothing to read.
