Orea Spa Hotel Palace Zvon

We stayed in other Orea hotels this year and were expecting the same quality, but unfortunately this was not the case. The spa was sub-par and in need of cleaning and the room furnishings (especially bathroom) neglected

Friendly service, great breakfast, central location, big and comfy room, parking spot at a hotel close nearby. I would come again.

Family room is about 80m2 with huge bathroom and a great view over the surrounding park. All the fans and light switches could use renovation and breakfast is not great either though. Staff is very friendly. We’re yet to try to pool.

Gut

In a nutshell, I have to ask who gave this house 5 stars? Positive is the friendly staff and the large, bright and friendly furnished rooms. In addition, the prices are very attractive. The central location in the middle of the village is great and yet it is quiet in the house. The negative is that the building, including the interior, is a few years old and has not really been modernized. You can see that some guests have already been here. The breakfast is not appropriate for a five star hotel. And there is no parking space at the house either. Unfortunately, there is not much to be seen of the service I expect in this category. I am really negatively surprised by the bathroom. Divided in two and in areas as large and equipped as a train station toilet. That is not possible at all in this class. Even if it is a national category.
