Hotel Sun

We had terrible experience with this hotel and its cafe. I came in to the cafe order a coffee to go. Only 1 table was occupied. Non of the staff appear in 5 minutes, so I tried to find any one in lobby. I said hello to the person whom I recognized as a staff. His replay was "what do you want". I was bit shocked but anyway, I told him that I would like to order something in cafe if he could help me with that. His answer this time was "I dont want to go there now, wait" literarly "I DONT WANT". Once he didnt want, I requested for his name and number to hotel manager. He said that he will not give me any number and that in his hotel he might do whatever he wants(which is actually right, if he's the owner, what I doubt!) I was really shocked that hotel which got 4* might show such a disrespect to the guest. then I actually realized why only one table was occupied, I guess I wasnt the first disappointed customer.

The hotel is kinda very special and random and ever since I've been there, I really love elderly Russians. So nice and charming. Seriously. But the hotel definitely needs a refurb!!!

Great Location and fantastic interior. However it cannot live up to its 4 star expectations. If you get a good deal there's hardly a better place to stay right in the heart of the spa centre of Marianske Lazne.

Restaurant has the most unfriendly personal in this town. I couldn't even try their food, because they "didn't serve lunch" since they had a group of guest (10 people in an otherwise empty space)....and were rude about it.

Coffee is terrible. Dirthy dishes, the cheapest tea bags, ice coffee without ice.
