I was interested in buying a motorhome, so I called the company. The (obviously) owner was drunk, very rude, accusing me of being a competitor and seeking information. He shouted at me several times for no reason. I have never experienced such an approach to the customer in my life. A terrible experience.

By no means do I recommend this business. Arrogance almost despised by the client, my wife and I overlooked the fact that we wanted a motorhome, so we buy it and do the service elsewhere, but it happened that I made a deposit, and it started a bad contract sentence with force majeure .... , of course, I had it deleted arrogantly !!! and if they wanted to send the rest of the money, I wanted to see photos of the prepared car and what I don't see wrongly allocated outdoor shower, the answer when there is little space so otherwise it was not possible ..... I withdrew from the contract and I do not recommend this company to anyone !!

I have already bought two motorhomes with this company, one in 2008, another 2016. Always at a good price compared to the competition and in case of any problems caused by operation or my own awkwardness immediate help from HVcaravans. I can only recommend.

I do not recommend !!!! Mr. Harmacek and his whole family ... rude, reluctant. One feels like he is annoying them and he left there almost two mega for a motor home.
