Geological Park

Not to be missed by anyone with an interest in geology, and great for anyone desiring a refreshing forest walk. Entrance behind the Marienbad Municipal Museum but another entrance a little bit up the road from the Hotel Villa Savoy. The museum shop sells an informative booklet, on the park, the geology of Marienbad, and the operation of the springs.

Great, for a walk with the kids

Beautiful nature trail above Marienbad. Ends or starts at the forest spring and the concert pavilion. Favorite route from Goethe and his Ulrike.

Wonderful, quiet place for a walk through the forest. Lots of seating, detailed information on different types of stone. Very pleasant place with a small stream. Not too long distance to walk (to about 1 hour)
