We bought a stay package for 6 nights with half board. Procedures excellent, room large, equipped. Great breakfast. Dinner is not prepared directly by the hotel, but you will receive a voucher to a nearby restaurant (approx. 15 min. On foot), where they serve only typical Czech food. Hotel in a quiet location, but also close to the center.

At first glance a nice hotel with plenty of room for improvement. Like: The welcome at the hotel was very friendly. The hotel is a bit out of the way and very quiet. You can start your hiking tours directly from the hotel or take a walk into the city. The room was very spacious and equipped with everything that is needed. Dislike: The small bathroom in Apartment 32 is getting a bit old. Showered in the tub. A curtain or a partition was missing. The bathroom had no window and was therefore equipped with a vent. A musty smell was felt when this vent was started up. The sink drain was broken and full of hair. The water just trickled away. Despite a message at the front desk, nothing happened. The cleaning team should have noticed this problem well before our stay. We found the impact noise from the studio above us to be extreme. The "upper tenants" at the beginning of our stay were barely noticeable, while the subsequent occupancy made them "impressively" loud and often used by their heels. This was probably supported by the existing building fabric. What must not happen that the milk runs out at breakfast ...

Luxurious spacious rooms (apartments). Very clean and cozy. The rooms are perfectly equipped, the equipment is new and high quality. No noise from the street or from the hallway (the stay is also suitable for families with small children). Rich breakfast, huge menu throughout the breakfast (8-10), lots of fresh vegetables and fruits, excellent coffee. All staff are helpful, helpful and friendly. The stay did not have a single mistake.
