I ordered a Christmas present at the last minute. Immediately after processing the order, they called me from the store to inform me that, unfortunately, they do not have the product in stock, so they will not have time to deliver by Christmas, and whether I want to cancel or hold the order. The date of stocking was not far, I delayed the order. Right on the day of stocking, they called again that they had the product and were sending it, and the next morning I already had the package in hand. Communication with the customer is unique. I have not experienced such a service anywhere else. Absolutely lightning delivery. Definitely deserves praise and thanks. Although I heard about the store for the first time before ordering, I can only recommend it.

Great. I ordered a product for Christmas, I was immediately told that the product would not be available by Christmas. Well, I ordered late and was grateful for the report. Subsequently, I was informed that one more product was found in stock (it is possible that someone canceled the order) but continued to email communication and finally I had a gift for Christmas despite all the confusion on my part. Shop in my view absolutely professional for customer approach. Thank you for not letting me in it :) I recommend to all. Although I have not heard of this store, I only have positive feelings.
