Very, very, bad service. I arrived on Monday morning (January 18, 2021) with a problem / failing engine. The person at the table told me he couldn't help me because of the full agenda. I only asked for diagnoses, but he didn't want to help me again. Eventually (with an irritated, hostile approach) he offered diagnostics on the same day at 1 p.m., but he also told Directka that a repair would not be possible in the coming days. I will NEVER go to this Renault dealer again !! Very, very, bad service. I arrived Monday-morning (18.01.2021) with troubled / failing engine. The person behind desk told me he could not help me because of full agenda. I only asked for diagnoses in first place, but he again did not want to help me. He finally (with irritated, unfriendly, attitude) offered to do diagnose same day 13.00h, but also directky told me repair was not possible coming days. I will NEVER go to this Renault-dealer anymore !!

Absolute satisfaction. The store manager, Mr. Tuček, is a very decent and helpful person. While waiting for the production of a custom car, we invented other equipment and willingly arranged and prepared everything. Absolute satisfaction.
