They did not arrive at the agreed hour, after an hour of studying the prepared excavation, they left for 2 hours without a word and then connected water for 2 hours in two people. I was present all the time because earthworks were being done on the land. The fact that there was an excavator standing there for 2 hours and there was nothing he could do, I would still be bitten. But I didn't give up that Mr. Ludvík was not ashamed to send an invoice for 12 hours of work. Finally, he sent the corrected invoice for 10 hours, then for 8. I already paid for it, because I do not intend to argue further.
