Very nice and slightly mysterious cemetery. Old tombstones described mostly in Hebrew and covered with leaves give this place an interesting atmosphere.

One of the places that pays to go see if you have a spleen or are looking late for a photo shoot. You park under the castle opposite the school and then take the path along the river in front of two footbridges and in ten minutes you are there. You can get there by bike. Sitting on a bench, walking through the woods, or wading under the weir will set you up quite romantically. The rest will be completed by the monotonous hum of the weir :-) The locals really envy the atmosphere of this corner of the country.

A wonderful place with a special atmosphere in the middle of a floodplain forest just a few meters from the river Dědinka. Landscaped, clean, including the access road from the village Podbřezí. Easy access - about 500 meters along the plain and a decent field and then a forest road. Also available for people in wheelchairs or with a pram. Behind the wall of the cemetery is a weir with a bench. I definitely recommend a visit for those of us who are not believers or Jews. Arrival is easy, at the Skalka motel turn off the road I / 14 to the opposite side than the motel to the village and park behind the bridge in the parking lot under the castle. Then follow the red tourist sign to the cemetery. I would just like to point out that the nicely renovated Skalka chateau, which Alois Jirásek wrote about under which you can park, is private and inaccessible, including the garden.

A magical place that made me reflect and sentiment to such unique and beautiful places. The cemetery is located in a forest by a stream with a small waterfall which, with its noise, additionally conveyed and emphasized the passing time ...
