Pleasant service, the fault was repaired while you waited.

Refine your review. I commend access to customers on receipt of orders. Pleasant and friendly behavior. I was happy with the repair but when I got home and discovered that I was missing the engine cover and the oil gauge I was driving back. After returning to the service I went straight to the serviceman who was in charge, I did not shake it and pointed out the missing parts. The serviceman apologized, and he quickly put everything in order. The repair was done very quickly to my satisfaction. I'm happy with the repair speed and the price. I had the opportunity to personally review the repair even if the car was not yet ready for handover and to consult the repair at the workshop with the repairer. This is not possible in some service stations. Service communication with the customer at an excellent level. As I was informed by the service they had a frmol so the mistake went wrong. Service has apologized to me as well. It was my first fix in this service. If I can come again.

I put the car in service in towels (overall inspection, replacement of wiring, oil, filter, chassis control, etc ...) with the fact that heels will be done. On Thursday, when I called for the price (the price was set at around 15,000), I was told it would not make it to the heels and 100% on Monday. On Monday morning I was there personally and I was told that the car will be ready in the afternoon, but also that they have yet to receive parts and do not know if they come. So I do not know what he meant ... Also on Monday we agreed to call me this afternoon for the price. They didn't call. V utery volam how they are and again did not disappoint! They do not have a car yet and the parts have not arrived yet! Price newly set at 17500kc and we also informed about silentblocks of the engine that need to be exchanged in the price of 5000kc and the other 4000kc. Which did not seem to me because the net (original new parts) is on my car the most expensive engine bracket for 3000, the remaining silentblocks below this price. I refuse repair! Wednesday: I call them at 15: 40h for information on two numbers. Nobody takes it! They have until 16: 00h and are in slip so they would pack it earlier ?! Thursday: Something after 9h I was in the service in person. I ask about your car and where did they get the silentblock price ?! Confused to look at me and think up. One costs 3500 and the other 4000 after a while again from both costs 5000 etc ... We go to the service. The manager asks him what else needs to be repaired? Repairman that the car is done. The manager is surprised. Is communication poor ?! Well what already ... When they are in slip so it does not care how long. The manager tells me that he has to add more paper. He said he called me this afternoon. At 3:00 pm, I'm calling as they are. He's out on a test drive and called in ten minutes. I'm curious about the style of the paper all day! Nobody called and at 15: 45h nobody took it from me! At 16:25 call servisak and sets the price at almost 22000kc. On Friday morning after 9am take over the vehicle. The papers he did on Thursday all day were two identical A4s that he printed up to today when I arrived there. I'm going through the replacement parts mechanic. I ask him about the rear axle bushings. I think he doesn't even look at them! The answer to '' probably good '' doesn't seem too convincing. After paying the sold keys and without any excuse for the delay, inconvenience, etc., I leave with a single satisfying thought - that I never have to come back here! Answer: I certainly do not have time to waste them for something irrelevant for me. I spent my time more than necessary (see article). If I find free time I would rather give it to my children. Given that your response to my review (experience) took you half a year and repairing my car a week longer than it was originally determined I do not believe anything you are going fast. I shared my experience here and now it is up to everyone to decide whether to try it on their own skin or not.
