I was here shopping today and I was very surprised. Clean, beautiful environment, huge selection of books. Above all, the friendly staff, who will be happy to help with the selection, will look for the title you are looking for and, above all, will smile at you and thus improve your day. I liked to come here very much and even though the shop was near Tesco everything was perfect. But now I was here for a long time and I was embarrassed. Miss behind the counter wasn't very nice. After buying 10 pieces of gift vouchers, she handed them to me just as they are, without any envelope or bag, with the question of whether I can do it in nothing, I was selling it, it has nothing. There was a pile of small plastic bags on the counter, but they didn't even offer me, they just wanted 1, - Kč after the warning. One leaves there 2,000, - and services at zero level, not so much the crown for a bag, but damn if I leave the money there, I expect a little kindness and service for them.

Very well equipped bookstore with qualified and friendly staff. We always like to come back here and rarely leave without one to six books. Suggestion for improvement - the separation of foreign language books could be richer in languages ​​other than English. So far, they are only represented by bilingual books, which of course is not the case. I wish you much success in this center.
