I always have a negative experience with this company. Twice I wanted to have the car serviced by them, and each time I was somehow sold. I also addressed their approach with the Suzuki distribution. Unfortunately, as a Hradec Králové, I have to go to Pardubice to Chalupa motors, where they are helpful and kind. In fact, when shopping, it was a similar experience, where I preferred to buy in another city. I highly recommend buying a car and service from other dealers. PS: if you are looking for a phone for service, it is on the web, you just have to devote more time to it. At first glance, however, it seems that you have to use the contact form.
