I always wanted to go back to Muay Thai, but with business I didn't have the time. Thanks to Jakub, his approach, precision, perfectly sophisticated every training I get back into shape. Trainings totally exceeded my expectations and are incredibly balanced. I like the emphasis on proper techniques. My results improve quickly, my weight is reduced and my body is forming. Together we are moving towards the goal we have set.
I searched for Jakub at the moment when after about a year of postponement I decided to act and do something for my health, especially in the area of locomotive apparatus. From the first training I have to unambiguously appreciate professionalism. Trainings are well structured. After training I am often exhausted, but I leave home with my head full of washed out endorphins and feeling that I have done something right for myself.
I started combat sport to improve physical activity, concentration and most of all relaxation from work. I prefer the individual approach, incredible professionalism, timetable and incredible attitude of Jakub, who leads the course gradually and emphasizes individual exercises and techniques depending on whether you are a beginner or have experience with combat sport.
