I don't know who I talked to but I'm quite shocked. When someone doesn't know something, they ask, right? I did it too. For example, a decathlon has a dispensary, so I wanted to ask if this store has one too. I called and was picked up by a pretty arrogant lady. I politely asked if it was possible to pick up the goods there and she barked at me in a rather arrogant voice. But what turned me on is that it is normally written on the pages with a green inscription open, so I thought that the issue was possible, but the lady shouted at me on the phone that it was not written there ... so I guess I'm color-blind and I can't read that? This is what it looks like when someone wants to convince you that you're an idiot.

In the shop I bought clothes with a price tag of 399, -. However, the cashier manager (apparently) charged me 599, -. When I pointed to the price tag, she started screaming at her subordinates who had stuck the price badly and asked me insolently whether I would buy the dress for 599, -. Knowing that she had to put my clothes on the label at the price indicated, I said no, and then the lady complied, arrogantly threw the dress on the counter with the receipt and left without a word. Absolutely unprofessional behavior that spoiled my mood and change my mind here.

The shop itself is perfect, ladies too, very nice staff, but what raised my blood pressure last week is the arrogant lady manager. It is incredible how a supervisor can approach his employees and try to humiliate them with a smile on his face. The phrase "do you have nothing to do?" Is it normal? And I hope this will be read by the girls behind the box and unpacking the goods, because this is almost outrageous. I prefer to leave the store, because otherwise it would not work out well. Unfortunately, it also treats customers and I think it is only a matter of time before someone runs out of patience and puts it back very quickly. I'm just glad I don't have to work under someone like this, because I know this would tell me one last time.
