I have always been satisfied, but today I witnessed the conduct of a man, apparently operating, in complaining of food, behaved very arrogant and his behavior was very unreliable and incorrect. Previously, restaurants were divided by price group. this was the fourth. So I was very sorry, the behavior of the other staff was always decent and correct and I was personally always satisfied with the services. But I understand, if someone complains Tagliatelle aglio olio with hot pepper, arugula and Grana Padano cheese that there is bacon, it really should not be there and if they add it, they should mention it. But the main point is how he approached the problem. He could have insisted on it in all decency, but I heard something like - yougo it, that bacon belongs there, and you ripped it up and returned it. It was a sad look .... I would give 4 stars for myself, but this behavior ...
