Yesterday we ordered a gyros in a baguette and today at three in the night stomach problems - vomiting, diarrhea, etc. It may happen, but this is the second time I had a problem in a Vietnamese restaurant. I would be careful about hygiene regulations and food handling. If the staff do not understand Czechs in the Czech Republic, they should arrange for a Czech spokesperson.
