After a week of waiting and daily reading 'lack of space in the car', I decided to phone the speed of delivery of my shipment. I do not know where the error number 2 happened, however, after a blessing in the form of information that the shipment will be delivered to me and the courier's one hour delay, I learned that the shipment was delivered to the wrong address, handed over to the carrier. When asked to bring the shipment to the correct address, I was told that unfortunately the courier no longer has time for that (although the second part of the shipment, which he forgot in the car) was already able to bring me to the correct address. Now I just have trouble arranging with friends if someone would take the shipment (fridge) to my apartment. So maybe in a month from ordering I'll see my fridge .. Thank you so much, never again.

Huge dissatisfaction. The courier did not arrive within the given time and a message was subsequently sent that it could not be delivered due to a wrong address. Interestingly, other couriers have no problem finding the address. After receiving the non-delivery report, an attempt was made to contact the courier to agree with him on another time. The courier did not communicate. He never picked up the phone and didn't even respond to the text message.

The worst forwarding in the whole country. I am forced to use the services in the company as a recipient. None of them arrived the next day, now I have been waiting for the shipment for 6 days, she does not know at what time and if at all. They swear a lot at Česká Pošta, but the post office is even better with a steamer. Thank you, I don't want this forwarding anymore!

If you are in a hurry for the goods, I do not recommend Geis. Poor communication. The goods arrived almost a week late.

Arrogant behavior !!! Shipment damaged by transport, they refuse to write a report! They record calls on the info line but refuse to issue any confirmation! SHAME! Probably most of the behavior of society would be described by some vulgarities!
